RETURNS
/ REFUNDS – Because we don’t charge for handling, packing or the
shipping materials, there’s a 25% restocking charge when the product,
(Books/ CD’S are not returnable), is returned unused or uncut, in original packing,   shipping prepaid, (shipping is not refundable),  within 30 days.

We
do not charge a restocking fee for trying on headsets, but you are
responsible for the shipping back and forth.To assure prompt handling,
please call for an RMA number.Goods may not always be returnable to the
address from where we sent it to you- call to make sure you return it to
the proper place.

Returns

Simply return the item or items to us at YOUR expense, please include a copy of your sales receipt or packing list.

We will refund your purchase, less restocking fee and shipping charges. Your  refund will be credited back to the source of
payment. NO Return Authorization is required but best if you get one.

*Shipping charges are not refundable for purchases. Customer is also responsible for
the cost of return shipping.

 

We highly recommend that you send your return via UPS, Fed EX, or insured US Mail. Items sent but not received by us will NOT receive credit for the
return.  If lost, you must deal with the shipper.

Exchanges

The customer is responsible for all freight charges associated with a return, exchange, and reorder unless it is our mistake.

Shortages or Incorrect Orders

All claims for shortages or incorrect orders must be presented to us by fax, e-mail, or phone within 5 business days from receipt of your order. (Be sure to give us the order number, item, and your name.)

Order Cancellations 

Orders
shipped, but refused by the customer will still be charged shipping
charges. Orders which have already been submitted to our shipping
company cannot be cancelled or changed. Orders which have already
reached our distribution center cannot be cancelled, changed, or
stopped. Shipping charges will apply if the order has shipped or is in
our distribution system. Under certain circumstances, orders can be
diverted if enough time for interception is available. THE SHIPPING COMPANY will charge for this.

Information

Most Orders are shipped via UPS to the United States only. Either Standard Ground, UPS 3- Day, or UPS 2nd Day Air delivery is available.

Shipping charges are calculated based on the dimensional weight of
the order using the actual UPS published counter rates by UPS online.
There are no hidden handling charges. Orders placed by our shopping cart may not be correct and are subject to our review for accuracy.  If the shipping seems high, call us for a confirmed quote.

NOTE:
Shipping calculations made by our shopping cart that show “0″ means it
cannot make the shipping cost calculation, not that shipping is free.
Free shipping is only for those special items marked “Free Shipping”.

Incomplete
shipping addresses: failure to provide suite number, floor number or
other pertinate information causing the shipping company to charge us
for researching will be chanrged back to the customer!
This can
be as much as $15 or cause the shipment to be returned to us, so please
make sure your address is perfectly correct. Cancellation of the order
under those conditions do not remove your responsibility of the charges.

UPS Ground:

UPS
ground can take up to 7 work days for delivery, depending on how far
your address is away from one of our warehouses spread throughout the
United States. Do not include weekends or holidays. We
make no guarantee on delivery time and are not responsible for delays
caused by the shipper. No deliveries are made on weekends or holidays.

3 Day Select:

3 Day Select is twice as fast as Ground.  Selecting 3 Day Select does NOT mean you will receive your order three days after the order is placed. Only that we will ship the order using UPS 3 Day Select. Meaning, you will receive your order within 3 business days, once the order has shipped. Do not include weekends or holidays. We make no guarantee on delivery time and are not responsible for delays caused by UPS. No deliveries on weekends or holidays.

2nd Day Air: 

2nd Day Air does NOT mean you will receive your order two days after the order is placed. Only that we will ship your order using UPS 2nd Day Air. Meaning, you will receive your order within 2 business days once the order has shipped. Do not include weekends or holidays. We make no guarantee on delivery time and are not responsible for delays caused by UPS. No deliveries on weekends or holidays.

VERY IMPORTANT!    DO NOT REFUSE A TRUCK DELIVERY!  It will be treated as a new shipment by you at a rate much higher than the rate we negotiated outbound to you! YOU will be legally responsible for it.
A truck COD inbound charge from you will be automatically refused by
our shipping dept.  The trucking company will then sell the goods at
auction if you do not pay the return shipping BACK TO YOU, inbound and outbound.
